Am I able to return my FUR-BABY goodies?
Yes of course! we want you to be 100% happy with your FUR-BABY goodies. Unfortunately all custom collars cannot be returned. Simply contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order to receive all the information needed to return your goodies.
Do I have to pay for shipping to return my items?
Yes, it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.
Can I exchange my purchases for a different style or size?
You sure can! Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order. We're more than happy to exchange your jackets over for another style/colour, should it not be available you will be issued a credit note to put towards your next purchase.
Please note the customer will need to pay for any exchange item to be sent out, you will be contacted once this is ready to be shipped out again.
Do you offer refunds?
No, please note we only issue credit notes and exchanges, credit notes are valid for 6 months.
